LAVANDOU PLONGEE has been created in 1991 by Frank and Laurent AUGUSTIN, and is approved by the French Ministry of Youth and Sport Affairs.
Its permanent staff is composed by Frank, Laurent and Fabio (certified instructors) and Rolien (our secretary) wich all receive - precious - reinforcements at the approach of the high season.
The club is open all year long and welcomes all divers - no matter the diving-organization (CMAS, PADI, NAUI...) that certified you - at our club-house situated at the new harbour of Le Lavandou, under the "Musée du Coquillage" (shell-museum). Besides the receptiondesk, you'll find here a class-room as well as a filling-station producing 45 m3/h + high pressure air-reservoirs. A free parking area is situated on top of the building.
At our club-house a wide range of diving-equipments, that we selected with different manufacturers, is at your disposal:
- Fins, masks, snorkels, weightbelts: BEUCHAT, MARES
- Wetsuits for men, women, children: SUUNTO, BEUCHAT
- Stabilizing jackets: BEUCHAT
- Regulators and pressure gauges: SCUBA PRO
- Tanks 6 l, 12 l, 15 l, 18 l: BEUCHAT, TORTEC, SCUBA PRO
If we can not provide an article, the divingshop BLEU MARIN (at only a few minutes on foot) will surely be able to help you. We do not rent diving-socks (dermatosis).
